Faras I know the new tfsi engines don't have cam chain tensioner problems since2009 facelift cars, they are different engines. Mines a 2.0l but I'm sure yours is the same design. The issue was with 1.2 and 1.4 TFSI from Audi A3, not 1.8 or 2.0. Audi says TFSI while VW says FSI (in most cases).
