The crafting costs (according to the wiki) are. Viper's Reaver costs 55.33 gold. Grieving Reaver costs 52.31g, on top of which you need 5 ecto (1.1g) and a Viper's Exotic Inscription ( 3.15g in mats ), for a total of ~56.5g, a bit more. For me, I'll never have enough excess fulgurite, because I'll always have other uses for it.

Although I don't play a quickness condi FB, I play an alac condi Mech that has basically the same gear: I use ritualist armor and viper trinkets (with carrion weapons because I capped the expertise). Full ritualist is not a good idea because you don't need so much boon duration, so better to have more condi dmg at some point.
