Thearmy for my first 500 points Age of Sigmar game, taking part in a slow-grow league. Suggestions for where to go from here to 750 points? I have 1 SC: Deamons, 1 SC: Maggotkin and 1 box of Blightkings unbuilt. Also ordered Harbringer of Decay, Rotbringer Sorcerer and Chaos Sorcerer.
Heres some first impressions. The new Battletomes for the Nighthaunt and Daughters of Khaine are up for pre-order this weekend. Games Workshop sent us a couple of review copies and I just so happen to be a Nighthaunt player myself. It’s actually the army that got me interested in Warhammer: Age of Sigmar.

InAge of Sigmar 3.0 matched play games you cannot field an army that does not belong to a faction and all factions have at least one set of allegiance abilities you need to use. So this has gotten a lot simpler than in Age of Sigmar 3.0, where you could pick a Grand Alliance, get unit from across all of that Grand Alliance and also get some

1xLoremaster. 4x Dragon Blades. 2x Dragonlord Host (battallion) This army is all high elves, however it is only the elites. If you had an old high elf army, you will probably need to buy more models to build this. However, you get a fast moving, hard hitting army that excels at alpha striking things.
KnightDraconis unlocks them as battlelines. So you can make a list with very few models. You could also get the big dragon, Karazai, or Krondys to make it an even smaller army. I had a chance to play with them, and it's quite fun on the tabletop, plus you can paint them in lots of different ways and kitbash a little for more visual variety.
Matthijs A good set-up in Warhammer Age of Sigmar allows a player to execute their plans while still adapting to their opponent. A great set-up forces your opponent to change their plans, pulling apart their strategies. Your deployment can win you the game and it starts with your army list. Dispelit. Move it outside of the battlefield. Any method mentioned in its own warscroll. To dispel an endless spell, any friendly wizard or priest (including your own) within 30″ of it, can roll two dice and beat the casting value of the spell. If successful, the spell is dispelled and removed from play.
